Everyone who loves beer has their own preferences as to the best brands and the best tastes. Some of the most popular beers in the world are unique-tasting brands which are recognisable to all and have a legion of fans who enjoy them. there are many people who feel however that the readily available brands lack a certain something. The range of different lagers which are popular with millions are considered bland by many, who term them as being almost like water.

When brewing your own beer, you could make a near replica of any one of the bottled or canned brands available in stores. You could, however, go for something a little different. There is such a wide range of different tastes that you can go for. There is practically no limit to what you can do with the right ingredients, in fact. However, it should be remembered that just because you can do something, it does not mean you should. You could, theoretically, make a beer that tastes of just about anything, but some of them will taste horrific. Brewing flavoured beer is as much about restraint as it is imagination.

For example, it is possible to brew beer to taste like chocolate. It is entirely possible to brew very good chocolate beer, but many people make the mistake of looking at the recipe, thinking “that would be great with a little bit more chocolate” and amending the recipe only to find themselves with a frankly sickly brew that tastes more like sour chocolate soup than anything else. You can buy chocolate malt to achieve a result that tastes enough like chocolate and enough like beer to suit all palates.

The importance of restraint in brewing flavoured beer is crucial. As there is a lot of fun to be had trying out different flavours, you will be hard pressed to find something that you cannot make into a beer. You could, theoretically, make a beer that tastes like cheese, but it would be horrible. It is also worth remembering that adding a product to the brewing process does not mean that the beer will taste like that item. Sometimes it is worth adding a flavouring that tastes like the intended product rather than adding the product itself.

Whatever you do it is important to recognize that just because you like chocolate and you like beer, it doesn’t mean that you will like chocolate beer. By all means experiment with different flavourings, but try to get the right balance of difference and quality. A fruit-flavoured beer is a good place to start, but do not make the mistake of thinking that because the fruit itself is an organic ingredient that it should be added unrefined. Brewing flavoured beers depends on getting the results whatever it takes. It’s not cheating to add extract of fruit to get a fruit flavour When it comes down to it, remember that there is a limit to what you should do, and work happily within that limit.

Then master brewer Brian Watson turns these flavours into brewing recipe variations that we have a tendency to then check and modify with consumers across six months. Finally the perfect complementary beer is made and launched.

Bluebottle Beer was Fusion Brewings initial creation, designed to match seafood flavours. Bluebottle Beer is a European style lager with a subtle citrus undertone. Bluebottle Beer won Best Lager at the 2008 Australian Beer Awards, a Bronze Medal at the Australian International Beer Awards 2009 and was the sole Australian Lager to be awarded five stars by Winestate Magazine in 2009.

Firefly Beer may be a pilsner with understated sweetness, designed from the start match spicy food flavours - in explicit Indian, Thai and Malaysian foods. Firefly Beer was awarded a Silver Medal at the Australian International Beer Awards in 2009.

Most recently Prime Beer was released and is intended to be the proper accompaniment to red meat. Prime is a deep amber ale with complex malty flavours and sturdy bitterness designed to reinforce the flavours of chicken from the grill - whether paired with beef, lamb or gamier red meats like kangaroo or venison.

No other beers in the planet are crafted by renowned food and brewing consultants to be the perfect complement to specific foods.

Fusion Brewings beers are available through Australia and currently exports to Europe, Asia and the USA.

If youre a bride whose favorite song is Honky Tonk Woman and if your bridal toast is more likely to be Jack Daniels than champagne, wedding shot glasses may be just the right wedding favors for your celebration. You can have your names and wedding date imprinted on the glasses and your guests can keep them to remember your special day. And, down the road, they are probably likely to see more use than champagne flutes or some other wedding favor.

If your budget doesn’t allow for free-flowing Jack Daniels or Jim Beam, printed beer glasses are a great alternate option. Like the wedding shot glasses, these can have your wedding information permanently printed on them. There are lots of styles of custom printed beer glasses and beer mugs from which to choose from.

What kind of barbecue would it be without beer? No doubt you’ll need at least a keg, maybe two. Custom printed beer glasses are a lot nicer than printed plastic cups, and (just ask the guys) the beer really does taste better in glasses. In addition, it better for the environment as well. Your guests will enjoy filling up at the keg and drinking from their keepsake glasses. You may want to have some extras printed, as some of your special guests may insist on taking home a complete set.

Weddings should suit the style of the bride and groom. Not all weddings have to be stiff, formal affairs. The bride can still wear a beautiful gown, even if the guests are comfortable in their blue jeans. Informal weddings are a lot of fun and usually don’t involve as much stress (or expense) for the bride as fancy formal affairs.

Also, if your reception is outdoors, you won’t have to order flowers or fancy center pieces, you can just enjoy Mother Nature.

Chances are that a bride who plans this type of wedding is not a big fan of champagne. There’s no point in having a champagne toast if your guests are going to take a token sip and throw the rest away. If your guests prefer bourbon, serve it to them in personalized wedding shot glasses. You might want to set out the printed beer glasses too though; things could get really rowdy if all of the guests are downing straight bourbon all night.

Don’t let anyone call you redneck just because you don’t like champagne. In fact, most people you ask prefer other drinks to champagne, but at events they just drink it for traditions sake. Youll find that for many of your guests, a reception with wedding shot glasses or beer glasses is the perfect reception. At least nobody’s drinking from the bottle. Also, kegs are cheaper than bottles and the beer is better.

If you are more interested in showing your guests a great time, rather than in impressing the Joneses, a barbecue is a great way to have fun with your friends and neighbors. There is also the fact that it won’t cost as much as a down payment on a house. (and the house is probably a better investment). You should enjoy your wedding, not stress out over it. Hopefully, it’s a once in a lifetime affair.

If you’d like to get printed wedding shot glasses or custom beer glasses for your reception, you can find them through party planners or at online retailers. Look for companies that are established and have good customer reviews. Just because you chose beer over champagne doesn’t mean you don’t want your wedding to be perfect.

For more about wedding shot glasses and beer glasses, go to CustomGlassware.Com. They’ve been around since 1989 and can help with all your glassware needs.

Many folks love the taste of a well made beer every once in a while. If you do it right, there is nothing wrong with enjoying life and friends while and drinking a great beer. There is nothing greater than the pleasure of it, the way a frosty mug quenches your thirst on a hot, sunny afternoon, the satisfaction you feel drinking and watching your favorite team win.

But why not simply buy bottled beer from the local brewery? Why do some folks become involved in home beer brewing Read along and we’ll tell you why.

One of the unique things regarding this beverage is that there are so many types and flavors to try. Beers can be divided into lagers and ales. But then there is an amazing array of types within the two categories along with hybrid specialty beers that you can try. There is normally something for every taste. But that can also be a problem. Imagine having difficulty locating the exact type of beer you like nearby. The answer is: you can always make it yourself. Problem solved. And that is why many people make their own beer at home.

Making your own beer at home also permits you to take control of the creation process itself. When you buy home brewing supplies in the mall or on the internet, you can make beer with the exact taste and texture you love. Through a loving process, you can create the exact beer with a certain quality that will have you pouring a glass time and again. This is a strong reason that many folks home brew their own beer.

Another reason is cost. Packaged beer may give you convenience and consistency of product, but it comes at a price. The commercial brew master has a mark up to make his profit. Considering how much beer you buy and consume over a year, normally home made costs a fraction of that. With home brew, in the first year you can expect to pay about half the price of store bought beer and a lot of this cost is likely to be the retail beer you consume while waiting to drink your first initial batch of home made beer! And with the second and subsequent batches of home made beer, the savings will really begin to add up.

Home made beer gives you a lot. You never need to worry about going without your favorite type, you can make a beer with the taste and texture you love, you can be like that great chef, making a house specialty just for friends and family, and you will save yourself a lot of coin while enjoying a great hobby. So why are you waiting?

We have available beer brewing supplies for anyone into home beer brewing.
Most beautifull place in England is the place where the concentration of different stout is highest . The most commemorative holiday in Great Britain can be only if you visit one of the real beer events. Every day you can find at least one porter festival in Great. Usually you can find at least 20 different bitter in one place, and you can try all of them at once ! Yes, some real ale festivals can host more than hundred different beers, but this only happen few times a year , others events are not so huge. Visiting porter event, please bear in mind that you should do all yor best to try almost all ale as possible, but this is only for well prepared drinkers. To help you , I can give you some usefull recommendations, which were developed by years of beer drinking how to survive. First of all , use small glass, there is no point to drink pint of each bitter. You also can share you drink with your friends. Second major point - start to drink form light mild and finish by strongest mild. Generally speaking, more malty bitter are more difficult to drink at the beginning, rather than hopped stout, so, leave porters for the end. Drink one type of beers at one go . Third advice - try to split your drinking session into two parts, day and evening, and have very good meal in the middle. When you have a lunch, go for short walk or other light exercise . Ideally is to play sport activity. The best choice Beer and Balls festival, where you can drink more than 25 real drinks, like beer, ciders and perries. In this festival you can eat very nice home cooked food. Most important, you can just play golf. Everything is undergoing on fresh air. By visiting this festival you will support local breweries

For very long time it was the definition of beer and the most popular beer. The word beer itself meant ale before hops were added to brewing in the 15th century. Eventually ale was beaten by lager beer (but not in the world of home beer making), but instead of a mass product it became a beer for people who prefer only good beer.

The first thing that visually defines ale is color the lightest of all ales is Weissbier (wheat beer) a traditional German beer which is way darker than any usual lager. Pale ales are not dark but they are also easy to distinguish from light lager beers. Finally red ales, porters and stouts are defined by red or black color and what most important rich flavor. The second thing that will allow you to define dark ale from dark lager, for example, is taste. Ales aim to give you a huge variety of taste and aftertaste, this it truly a beer to enjoy and a beer to chose!

Ale or Lager? Its Your Choice! Home Beer Making

While ale definitely lost its popularity to lager in the 20th century, it remained as number one beer for all serious beer lovers, who look for taste and flavor. If you look at any beer rating websites you will see that the top rated beers are ales (porters mostly). Also if you look at the beer types available for home beer making, there are mostly ales. Who needs to brew a low flavored lager if you can always buy one? The real challenge in home beer making are ales, especially keeping the color and flavor right. So all people must be aware of the seriousness of ale, especially the ones who have a microbrewery at home.
